Our Story
5D Holistic was founded in 2023 by Love Small in Raleigh. It has since made its way to becoming a highly recommended Holistic and Healing shop in the RDU. With our rare retail options, you’ll want to visit our store. We’re highly committed to customer satisfaction and go out of our way to make sure you walk out Healed .

Returns and Refunds
We ask that you please read and understand our Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing. 5D Holistic ONLY OFFERS STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding items as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions. Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered or picked up in store. Items must be in *original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/ SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Please note, returns may take 2-3 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages, we do not ship ourselves. 5d holistic does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. Final sale on all broken Seal items *Original condition: Items that have NOT been altered burned or broken sealed.
